Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the hygiene seal is intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
